Terms of Service.
Last updated: July 3, 2026
1. What Mirage is
Mirage (usemirage.io) lets you capture screens of your product, turn them into interactive demos, and publish or embed those demos anywhere. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You sign in with a Google account and you are responsible for activity that happens under it. You must be able to form a binding contract to use Mirage. If you use Mirage on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it.
3. Your content
Demos, captures, and anything else you create belong to you. You grant us the limited license we need to store, process, and serve that content, for example hosting a published demo so your share link works. We claim no other rights to it. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to capture and publish whatever appears in your demos.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Mirage to publish content that is illegal, deceptive, or infringes someone else's rights. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or use it to collect emails from people who never interacted with your demo. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Plans and billing
Mirage currently offers a free plan, and paid plans are on the way. During the launch beta, paid features may be unlocked for free. When billing goes live, payments will be processed by Dodo Payments, you can cancel anytime, and your demos stay yours either way. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
6. Service availability
Mirage is an early product provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it fast and reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service, and features may change as the product evolves.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mirage is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.
8. Ending things
You can stop using Mirage and delete your local data from Settings at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your published demos and cloud data will be removed within a reasonable period.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product grows. If a change is significant, we will let you know by email or inside the app. Continuing to use Mirage after a change means you accept the new terms.
